ACCOMODATION
Our apartments, while basic, are clean, well-appointed, and furnished with everything you'll need for a self-catering holiday. Revel in the freedom to dine at your own pace, unbound by a hotel's restaurant schedule. Each room features a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, kettle, 2-ring table-top cooker, cutlery, and basic cooking utensils. Every room is generously spaced and comes with either one or two balconies. Some of our rooms are front-facing, offering a serene view over the swimming pool. While we strive to accommodate requests for front-facing rooms, please note that availability is not guaranteed.
For a small additional fee, rooms can be outfitted with air conditioning and safe boxes, available for hire at our reception. Whether to combat the scorching heat of July or to cozy up during the cooler October nights, air conditioning is available from the moment you step in. While Kardamena enjoys a relatively low crime rate, we advocate for prudent precautions such as locking doors when stepping out and hiring a safe box for your valuables. Larger safe boxes are also available at reception to secure bulkier items.
We provide a variety of studios and apartments to suit every guest configuration—be it couples, groups of three, or family apartments for four to five people. Complimentary cots are available for our younger guests, and camp beds can be provided upon request.
Our room rates are seasonally tiered, with July and August being peak months, and May and October offering the most economical rates. For a detailed breakdown of costs, feel free to send us an email. We extend special discounts for large gatherings such as wedding parties, stag, or hen parties, making celebratory occasions more enjoyable and budget-friendly!

Our full-service pool bar is staffed with friendly faces, serving delectable food and a variety of beverages from dawn till dusk in a warm and welcoming ambiance. Our extensive menu boasts a range of breakfast options, omelettes, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, jacket potatoes, and so much more. We have beers, wine, spirits, and soft drinks to quench your thirst, alongside a diverse cocktail menu featuring some of Peter's original concoctions!
A harmonious blend of classic and contemporary tunes plays throughout the day, catering to all age groups and musical tastes. Our playlist spans from catchy tunes to rock and indie tracks - and we are open to playing your song requests too.
Every week, we host a BBQ and karaoke night, offering an 'all you can eat' feast at a reasonable price for a night filled with fun and laughter.

Our spacious and airy reception operates during specific hours of the day. While it's not a 24-hour reception, Peter is accessible throughout the day at the swimming pool for any assistance you may need - feel free to ask for anything, from a pillow to a pan! We also provide an emergency contact number for genuine emergencies. At reception, you can hire air conditioning and safe boxes for your room. Check-in is available anytime after midday, and check-out is by midday. For those with late departures, extended room access may be available for an additional charge, subject to availability. We can provide bus timetables, local village information, and details for excursions to Nisyros, Kos town, and the waterpark.
